Accident not my fault - Other guy's insurance (Progressive) won't pay claim?

I was involved in an accident three weeks ago - guy ran a red light and hit my car. The police report attests to that fact as well. Unfortunately, my insurance policy with Allstate had lapsed, although I do presently have insurance. Allstate, my past and present insurer, won't go after Progressive for repairs due to the lapse. Progressive refuses to pay the claim. I ume the biggest factor for them at this point would be they know I don't have anyone in my court on this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Should i do anything about my feminist friend?

I have friend who is funny, cool and unique but she has one flaw. She makes fun of the "popular girls" in school and refers to them as "decorations of the school" or "the pretty sack of doorknobs". She is always rolling her eyes when we play a sport in gym and they are on the opposite team. I have to agree with her on this but, those girls are pretty stupid, prissy and ditsy. How can I fix my iPod Touch?

I have a 2nd generation iPod touch, and it works perfectly except the Sleep/Wake on is completely useless. It's not stuck or jammed as I can still press it, but it won't function in any way. It is really inconvenient because without it, I cannot turn my iPod on or off without connecting to the computer, and the battery dies really fast, as I can't turn the screen off. Should I take AP Physics B in my sopre year?

Ok.... so physics is a hard cl..... i'm in honors physics at my high school..... and it is by far the hardest cl i have taken through my entire high school career (i'm a junior)..... i have a 4.0 taking all honors calsses and i just got a 32 on my ACT.... i did very well in chem and bio and I'm good at math too.... I would say physics is like an applied math cl.... it's not like chem or bio where you have worksheets that go over concepts for homework (maybe a few math things in chem).... in physics... you learn some abstract law or something... and then you have situational problems for homework that really push your understanding... I know lots of kids in AP Bio and it's not super easy but it's not too challenging.... and I'm only in an honors physics (AP Physics isn't offered at my school)..... unless you've had a physics cl before... i would really think about taking AP Physics.... I'm sure it is very difficult..... But you really need to think about the way you think and process information.... if you are a really good problem solver who likes spending lots of time working out problems and learning about mechanics and electronics and motion and such.... the physics cl would be a good match for you......... especially if you want to major in engineering or something....... but if you're having doubts I would stick with the AP bio.... you can always try the AP physics next year after you've gotten a taste of the rigor of a AP science cl.... And you're going to need a pretty good GPA to get into those schools..... so yeah

How bad is redlining my 2006 Honda Civic?

It's actually not that bad if your hitting around 6800Rpm's. Your just making use of the i-VTEC. But that being said, you will burn through oil faster, and you'll get less gas mileage. You will put more wear on engine parts, but your not really going to damage it, just be sure to keep up with your maintenance. Don't worry about it too much though, you've got 40k miles and you've only done it about 50 times, so thats probably actually good for the car that its seeing higher revvs once in a while. Btw the oddness you feel in the way you respond is simply because the car has a small 4 cyl engine, i have the 08 model, same engine and all, and i notice that too. If you have the AC on when you push down on the pedal hard, the car will take even longer to rev up, or it simply won't get that high at all. So its good to make sure your AC isn't on if you really need that extra juice. I have to hit 6800rpm's to get up this very very steep highway onramp in my town, and that's at least twice a day, no problems.

What you really need to do is relax. Bugs happen. I HATE spiders, so I tend to avoid them like the plague. There was one time I was going to the bathroom and I looked down and there was this gigantic spider on the wall next to the toilet paper roll. I was afraid to get any TP and there wasn't anyone around to help. I took a deep breath counted to three, took my shoe off and kill the fat p.o.s. For awhile I was a little jittery and thought there were spiders all over the place, but I just calmed down and remember that I can always kill them. A good way to get rid of them if you can't touch them is by using a vac cleaner to suck them up. As far as the creepy crawlies you get. Just try to relax and not let it get to you unless something that you fear actually happens. If you need further help, go to a psychiatrist and ask them what are some ways to cure a phobia. Ever since taking DXM Coricidin Cough and Cold and having a bad trip the second time I tried it, I've thought that it somehow damaged my brain. They say that it never causes brain damage in short term use, only long term. I only took it twice, the first time was good, so I did it again, and smoked weed with it, and I had a very bad time. Also the next night I smoked weed and I felt the bad trip all over again. After that I started to get anxiety problems, and every time I would smoke weed I would trip out exactly like I did when I took the CCC's. It's been a year and all the anxiety and panic has gotten worse. One thing that is true about it is that 90% of my anxiety and panic happens when I smoke weed, or take any kind of drug, including, ADD meds, and I had a mild panic attack the first time I took Xanax, until it kicked in, lol. I have recently quit all drugs, ( I didn't take many before, just smoked weed, and like to experiment sometimes) which is hard because I'm in college. But hopefully long term complete sobriety will help. Does anyone think this could be post traumatic stress disorder? Does anyone think it couldn't be?

Possible case of glo stick in my eyes?

Earlier I ate orange chicken with my hands, unsanitary, I know, but I'm lazyy. After that I wiped my hands on a napkin then accidently rubbed my eye and I had I had glo-sticks on my wrist and that accidently rubbed a little on my eye too. From what I know the glo-sticks did not have any holes in them, but after that my eyes stung. I flushed them out for 5 minutes with eye wash. I'm about to try warm water. My nephew took his ex girlfriend�s car and superglued the locks on the door and took a car stereo that he bought for it. She filed criminal charges for larceny over 250 dollars in Machussetts. Now he has an open warrant for his arrest. He is in Mexico with me now and has no risk of getting arrested here. I am talking to his ex girlfriends parents to pay for the damages to her car in hopes of them dropping the charges. Can they drop the charges and if not is there a statute of limitations? By the way she also stole his play station 3 and stole a bunch of other stuff from his apartment. In my opinion, both of them were acting very juvenile. It sounds like sensory issues. And yes, the speech delay may be connected to the sensory issues. How they would help him is you would take him to therapy, and they would do activities to help him with the sensory issues. They would also give you tips on things you can do at home. You can have an evaluation done by an occupational therapist. They will tell you if they suspect he has sensory issues or if he's "normal." Most kids grow out of it. They still tend to have some symptoms, but not as intense and when they were children.

To be honest, I haven't seen a Beatdown deck work unless it also had another theme (like Dragons or Dinosaurs or DARK). This seems a little too spread out to work. As for how well you'll do in the tournament. It all depends on how good the other decks are, how many people are in the tournament, and if the people really know how to use their decks. You have way too many traps, Jinzo will crush you (not to mention Crush Card). I'll rate your deck 7/10. I suggest using Goblin Elite Attack Force or Goblin Attack Force over Giant Orc. You also need to lose some of the cards that go to Defense Position after attacking. You also have very few Spells. Traps make your deck slow and reactive, while Beatdown decks need to be proactive. Also get Smashing Ground. Instead of Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger, get Gene-Warped Warwolf. Gene-Warped Warwolf is a Normal monster with 2000 ATK ALL the time. Anyway, just experiment with other cards and find what works.

Why does PC to TV via HDMI play no sound in some videos?

I had a similar problem. It took me forever to figure out that my problem was that the TV didn't want to play sound on something I all ready had open. Like my browser. If I had a browser window open with audio on the computer and plugged it into the TV that window didn't get to have audio... Even when the TV was set to be the default Audio device. I think it was some sort of priority thing. Like that window was all ready delegated to the computer speakers.

How much should a 7 month old eat a day?

My daughter loves jarred baby food. On a typical day, she will eat 2 4oz jars of meats (chicken, or turkey) 1 4oz jar of veggies and 1 4oz jar of fruit. However, some days she will only drink 24oz of formula. I try and give her 4 8oz bottles but this rarely happens. Is she eating enough? She was 18lbs at her 6 month check up and in the 90% for both height and weight so she sure doesnt look malnourished but Im just concerned if shes drinking enough formula.

Possible Fractured Elbow?

About a week and a half ago I slipped on some ice and hit my arm and elbow pretty hard on the pavement, I went to the ER for X-rays they said I could have a fractured elbow so to be safe the put me in a splint for my arm. I went and saw a orthopedist on Wednesday and he took the splint off, and looked at my x-ray's and said there wasn't anything jumping out at him to warrant any further concern. He told me to call back in a week if my arm was not getting better. Here's my concern, I can move my arm almost perfectly normal, but there is still pain in my forearm when when I twist my wrist as well as pain in my wrist, and also when I bend my arm at the elbow there is still pain not immense pain, but pain nevertheless, I thought the pain would slowly disappear but it is always there when I do the above motions, what should I do? When answering please don't give me a GO TO THE DR. ASAP, I would like a well-thought out answer with some good advice! Thanks everyone!!!

Can I take them to a tribunal?

I worked in a restaurant on new year's eve (I've been working there since 30th January 2010) and the tips from that night were put aside to be shared out at a later date. But, my manager text me yesterday saying all staff had to come in today to clean the restaurant and take down the Christmas decorations, and if we didn't we'd lose our NYE tips. I text back saying I couldn't because I had an exam today at 2pm (final year of uni so pretty important). He later text me saying he is going to share my portion of tips with two people who didn't work on NYE (because they had prior engagements, even though it was supposedly compulsory to work that night) but came in to tidy up today. Is this allowed? Can I take the management to a tribunal? It is not a chain restaurant.

My life is so uninteresting right now. What should I do?

I'm currently in high school. My life is a routine of waking up, going to school, going home, doing homework, and going to bed. I try to make it interesting by doing things I've never done before, but I end up being filled with anxiety and depression. There's more to my unhappiness and dissatisfaction with life, but I won't state them at this moment in fear that you guys will simply disregard this as a rambling on and on kind of thing. It's just that recently I tried looking for my dad's revolver just to shoot myself and get it over with but (fortunately) I couldn't find it. I'm seriously scaring myself. I've taken a bunch of my mom's anti-depressants before but have never overdosed. I haven't taken any in about two weeks and don't plan on doing so again, but I'm afraid that moment of utter loneliness and not-knowing-where-I'm-going-in-life will emerge again and I will finally follow through with the spontaneous plan.

i have the same problem, it all depends on the fit and cut and stuff so its best to ignore size and just try them on and see how they fit you and go up or down a size if you need to.

Today I have eaten, A bowl of cornflakes at 8am, at 11 an apple, at 1 some Sunbites (multigrain crisp things) and a banana, at 4 I had half a chicken sandwich, at 6 I had a nutri-grain bar then I had a light prawn madras with rice and salad at about 8. I just had a tiny bowl of cornflakes with fat free yoghurt aswell... The calories arn't too huge today and I'm not overweight, I was just wondering whether I should cut down on what I eat?

Technically, it doesn't matter. Chilled is the best. Egg whites contain protein so at high temperature, they denature. As long as you don't boil them or put it near anything that is of higher temperature of like a fifty to a hundred degree, I think it should be fine. Egg whites are pretty hardy :D

Has anyone actually liked the extra weight they gained while pregnant? I don't want to lose it all!?

I am currently 21 years old & 28 weeks pregnant with my first. A little boy named Josiah Everett. So far I have gained about 31 lbs. Sounds like alot right? LOL. I know. Well when I first found out I was pregnant I was 5'3 and 124 lbs. I have always wanted to gain weight because I didnt like being so skinny, but I have a very fast metabolism & it was never easy for me to gain. Now at 28 wks prego, I am 155lbs. The weight has distributed very well on me though, so I am told, and I get compliments all the time about how I look better with the extra weight. I totally agree. :) Of course after I have the baby I would like to lose the belly & the flab that I am sure will be on my belly. I would like to be around 140 after baby. I am going to feed & I hear that "melts" off the weight. It was so hard for me to gain weight before I got pregnant & I really don't want to go back to my pre-pregancy weight! Anybody have a similar story?? I know to some of you I sound crazy lol but I like my body with a little extra meat. ;)

African Dwarf Frog Tadpoles-Feeding?

My ADF's had eggs and now I've been so fortunate to have them last to the 5th day. I have read sooo much on the infusorias etc to feed these tiny things but sounds like more work than I really have time for. I did however find some frozen baby brine schrimp at a pet store. Has anyone had any luck with feeding these to the little tadpoles until they are large enough for the frozen mini blood worms?

PC - Router problem, can't connect to Internet, help !?

My PC is working fine (fresh XP system). Iocal connection seems to be working fine. But status is showing outgoing data, no incoming data. Router is setup properly (other PSc in net are fine). No problem with ip numbers either. Thought that's network card problem so tried with wireless usb adapter. Result: Finding router, but no internet connection. If it's Router problem why other PCc work perfectly ? I can't even open router setup page. Weird thing is that Router finds my PC and doesn't show any conflicts. To put 5 notes on a beat you would generally think a group of three and then a group of two. There are other little ways to think about things, such as with a group of 7 notes you could think the words "golden opportunity", each syllable being a note, to get it to flow correctly. It's not uncommon to see even 11 or 13 notes on a beat at a moderate tempo. It's not confusing when you just break it down! :)
