Will I get accepted for a loan for my small business???

I applied for a loan to open a business...I already have a location but I applied for the loan about 2 weeks ago and she called us this past Friday and made sure the a.p.r was fine and I had to sign some more papers....I also had to pay $350 to make an appt. with an appraiser for him to come and appraise the house.....she said once we took care of that we will take it from there......could that mean that I will be approved? ???? Im so nervous and I was wondering if some could put my mind at ease and give me some hope :) I knew someone who once applied and they just told him he was denied ...he never had to deal with appraiser ?!?
