Harry Potter and the Relics of Death?!?!?

In English speaking countries Harry Potter 7 is known as harry Potter and the Deathly hallows. However i have heard that in non-English speaking countries it will be known as Harry Potter and the Relics of Death to make transaltion of the title easier. Is this true and is it is does it prove that the Deathly hallows are infact the Horcruxes
