How can I get a Tourist Visa to UAE from Pakistan?

Without a sponsor? I don't have anybody to sponsor me but I need to go to UAE for a about a month with three other family members. I live in Karachi, and I want to know if there are any airlines that can arrange visa except Etihad Airways, or any travel agencies who can do that, and how much the travel agencies will charge as commission or fees for visa.
