If I threw a boomerang in outer space, would it come back?

it might, given the right gravitational forces pulling it in the correct directions, or if it happened to bounce of off an object in space which sent it in a trajectory back to you, but it's return would not be due to the aerodynamic principles/forces which cause it to circle back to you when thrown here on earth.
