When should you take whey protein?
I normally used to take whey upon waking up, before breakfast and after training, as everyone said that was the best thing to do. I normally go to the gym at 3 o clock in the afternoon and I eat a tuna sandwich -30g of protein a hour before i go, I umed this would be enough, now i see on websites that you should have it about half an hour beofre training with glucose powder, as well as after training and upon waking, so im confused, also if i start to take it half an hour training should i still eat a tuna sandwich aat 2 and have whey with glucose half anf hour later and train, would this mess with the digestion of my tuna sandwich? Any serious gym users/bodybuilders with advice about the best times to take whey?
