Husband wants divorce but will not leave me alone?

My husband is with another woman now and says he wants a divorce. He basically hopped from our family home to crashing at her apartment with her. Well he says he wants a divorced and that he has papers to give me, he has not given me anything and he's supposidly had them a week. I also have not contacted him in anyway and everyday without fail he emails me about something or other. He keeps trying to push my ons and bring me down but I am actually pretty happy and doing okay, just myself and our 1 year old. I'm sure he can tell he is not getting to me because I don't respond to his mean emails or threats usually, but today he really tried to get a reaction out of me. I asked him last night if he wanted to come swimming with our son and me since it's something he always wanted to do and we have been going lately, and his response today was "sure if ____ can come too"... well I was ready to email him back and lose my mind but I held my composure and said nothing, since afterall thats what he wants is me to break down and him gloat on it. Well I'm not doing it. Why does he keep trying to do this every single day? His family says he looks miserable (I know this because they sitll come around to see the baby). So sine he is apparently miserable why is he trying to get me to be too? It must be killing him that I'm doing alright and not depressed and sad... He did this to himself and he has to lay in the bed he made!
