Been on a diet for 2 weeks now and lost a few pounds but last night I dont know what happened. I was so hungry. Went to bed and woke up a hour later and cooked a salisbury steak encore and had 2 of them on bread and 2 plain ones. I was so hungry. I feel guilty. I know I can't give up and I won't but I really regret doing that last night. Need to stay strong and continue and not do that again.
