PC - Router problem, can't connect to Internet, help !?

My PC is working fine (fresh XP system). Iocal connection seems to be working fine. But status is showing outgoing data, no incoming data. Router is setup properly (other PSc in net are fine). No problem with ip numbers either. Thought that's network card problem so tried with wireless usb adapter. Result: Finding router, but no internet connection. If it's Router problem why other PCc work perfectly ? I can't even open router setup page. Weird thing is that Router finds my PC and doesn't show any conflicts. I'm not 'green' but this time I have completly no idea. Please HELP ! Thanks. I'm not sure if I was specific enough. Let me know. Thanks.
