Today I have eaten, A bowl of cornflakes at 8am, at 11 an apple, at 1 some Sunbites (multigrain crisp things) and a banana, at 4 I had half a chicken sandwich, at 6 I had a nutri-grain bar then I had a light prawn madras with rice and salad at about 8. I just had a tiny bowl of cornflakes with fat free yoghurt aswell... The calories arn't too huge today and I'm not overweight, I was just wondering whether I should cut down on what I eat?
