What Color Makeup with this Dress?

Good Question. First of all, your eyes are beautiful! I wish i had pretty eyes like those, and the dress is really pretty too:) My advice is because the dress is very shiny, do your makeup with neutral tones such as browns, tans, light yellows at greens, etc. Also, try to draw attention to your beautiful eyes by using mascara on the top lash, and a small amount of eyeliner on the top and middle parts of the eyes.
