Sprained ankle.?

i have a sprained ankle too, you basically described mine. do some ankel excercizes so it will not stiffen up, the soccer game may be a bad idea, it may be hard to run, and hurt to kick the ball, just ice for 20 minutes and rest 30 then ice 20 more minutes for a couple hours. keep it elevated, and streach it out a lot
