Do i have a case against the company?

I have worked with the company for over 9months last month i was demoted from store manager to sales ociate for no reason and then today i got a termination letter saying today was my last day and that i was being terminated for restructuring. I have 2 questions now what is restructuring and can i take this to the labour board?
