Which decision is more advantageous(when a player win the toss) - Serve/Receive?

actually it doesnt make much difference i think.. but players normally served first coz of the reason u told... i guess it was nadal who first changed that trend by receiving and the reason he told was that if he can break the player in the first game itself it puts pressure on the opponent.. and i guess that makes sense too...lol...
