Going to an interview with a larceny charge?

I am going to a very important job interview, but I have a larceny charge on my background. About 2 years ago I got set up by two guys in a new company that I recently got in, and later that year I went to court anc got charge for larceny. The company knew I wasn't my fault, so they dropped they chargers and so I am doing probation for 2 years for what I did. Now I am going to an interview and I dont want to be looked as a bad guy. How can I have a successful interview? I really need the job, and I believe am a great match. PLEASE HELP!!!!
