Pixma (canon) mx310 3 in 1 printer setup help?

so this elderly couple graciously gave me one of their printers, the one listed above but i have no idea how to use it or set it up to my laptop? im using a mac osx and need to find a site or something that can help me out but i cant find anything so far. if any one knows where i can get the manual or have one themselves and help me out, id greatly appreciate it
