How do you fix your network from having problems with fragmented UDP packets?

I asked a question on this other website and he told me to fix it call my ISP because my network has problems with fragmented UDP packets. Is there a way to fix this because I'd rather not spend an hour on the phone trying to fix it when it could take like 5 minutes
